Fujitsu P50XTA51UB Plasma HDTV and Leon Speakers Horizon 313-LCR Speaker System:
L/R Sensitivity: 87 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz Center Sensitivity: 87 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz Surround Sensitivity: 87 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz This graph shows the quasi-anechoic (employing close-miking of all woofers) frequency response of the Horizon 313-LCR L/R (purple trace), Horizon 313-LCR center channel (green trace), and Horizon 113-S surround (red trace). All loudspeakers were measured with grilles at a distance of 1 meter with a 2.83-volt input and scaled for display purposes. (The response appears to be intentionally tapered below 500 hertz to compensate for on-wall placement, which makes some of these results appear a bit unusual.) The Horizon 313-LCR L/R's listening-window response (a five-point average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal and vertical responses) measures +2.24/–7.98 decibels from 200 Hz to 10 kilohertz. The –3-dB point is at 440 Hz, and the –6-dB point is at 318 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 8.35 ohms at 609 Hz and a phase angle of –35.67 degrees at 203 Hz. The Horizon 313-LCR center's listening-window response measures +1.18/–6.44 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. An average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal responses measures +1.55/–6.23 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3-dB point is at 393 Hz, and the –6-dB point is at 224 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 8.5 ohms at 609 Hz and a phase angle of –36.6 degrees at 208 Hz. The Horizon 113-S's listening-window response measures +1.85/–6.88 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3-dB point is at 424 Hz, and the –6-dB point is at 221 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 8.81 ohms at 587 Hz and a phase angle of –36.8 degrees at 260 Hz.—MJP
