Onkyo Envision LS-V500C HTIB:
This graph shows the quasi-anechoic (employing close-miking of all woofers) frequency response of the SKF-102F L/R (purple trace), SKW-100 subwoofer (blue trace), SKC-102C center channel (green trace), and SKM-102S surround (red trace). All passive loudspeakers were measured at a distance of 1 meter with a 2.83-volt input and scaled for display purposes. The SKF-102F's listening-window response (a five-point average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal and vertical responses) measures +3.20/–8.85 decibels from 200 hertz to 10 kilohertz. The –3dB point is at 129 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 110 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 5.25 ohms at 20 kHz and a phase angle of –62.45 degrees at 13.6 kHz. Sensitivity averages 86 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz. The SKC-102C's listening-window response measures +1.20/–10.38 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. An average of axial and (+/–15-degree) horizontal responses measures +1.78/–8.87 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3dB point is at 134 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 103 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 5.22 ohms at 20 kHz and a phase angle of –66.70 degrees at 13.6 kHz. Sensitivity averages 87.5 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz. The SKM-102S's listening-window response measures +1.66/–9.28 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3dB point is at 129 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 109 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 7.24 ohms at 20 kHz and a phase angle of –52.71 degrees at 13.6 kHz. Sensitivity averages 85 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz. The SKW-100's close-miked response, normalized to the level at 80 Hz, indicates that the lower –3dB point is at 47 Hz and the –6dB point is at 40 Hz. The upper –3dB point is at 86 Hz. The left amplifier channel, with two channels driving 8-ohm loads, reaches 0.3% distortion at 26.1 watts and 1% distortion at 50.8 watts. Into 4 ohms, the amplifier reaches 0.3% distortion at 46.5 watts and 1% distortion at 92.7 watts. Crosstalk at 1 kHz driving 2.83 volts into an 8-ohm load was –61.43 dB left to right and –60.94 dB right to left. THD+N from the amplifier was less than 0.371% at 1 kHz when driving 2.83 volts into an 8-ohm load. The signal-to-noise ratio with 2.83 volts driving an 8-ohm load from 10 Hz to 24 kHz with "A" weighting was –76.24 dBrA.—AJ
