Subwoofers

This graph shows the quasi-anechoic frequency response of the CHT-10 subwoofer (blue trace). The CHT-10's close-miked response, normalized to the average level from 40 to 80 hertz, indicates that the lower –3-decibel point is at 32 Hz and the –6dB point is at 27 Hz. The upper –3dB point is at 85 Hz with the low-pass crossover control set to maximum.—AJ
